The Murdoch family has 39.6% ownership share; Rupert Murdoch is chairman of Fox News, while his son Lachlan Murdoch (who is even more extreme than his father) is executive chairman and CEO. They are Australian/British citizens, I believe. Rupert MAY have gotten himself American citizenship.
