Yep! All three credit bureaus have a fraud alert attached to my SSN, so it is very difficult to get credit on my number. It's hard for me, too, but I'm not in the market for a loan so no problem for now. But the inquiries alone knocked 70 points off my credit score, and I have to actively fix that myself by contacting each credit bureau and telling them the inquiries were made by fraudsters. A pain.
