Well, thanks for reading it anyway. My reply would be that if you had told me during the Obama years that we'd lose affirmative action, that Roe would be torn up, that the Civil Rights act would be emasculated, that schools would censor libraries, that gays and other LGBTQ+ would come under renewed attack, that an American president would start an insurrection leading to an attack on the Capitol Building, and on and on, I would have said, "Wow, that's dark." If anybody had predicted this kind of stuff, I would have thought they were nuts.

We always say, "This is an important election."

I can't imagine a Republican president overseeing the birth of AI as it congeals into something even more concerning that it already is.

I'm tired of saying, "This is an important election." We've got to find a way to get past this.
