Well I'm a software guy and I assumed that but I am assuming, also, that a lot of human effort is still involved. I suspect that the parsing and sorting is just one stage of a flagging system of sorts, and after that humans need to review the potential trouble areas. And from what we know of Trump, there are LOTS of those.
