We need to stop saying that. We need to flood the polls for every local and micro-election that happens. Is there an election for your local dog catcher? Vote! Make sure the people running aren't running so that they can euthanize the poor things. Because that's the people we are up against now.

Let's make it so we no longer say that voter turnouts in off-year elections are normal.
