Unless somehow these users have discovered cognitive thinking since the shutdowns, I doubt they'll much notice.

Bongino talks a big game, but the only available server farms for these clowns is going to be the same kind of wildly expensive services that porn sites/apps use. These guys don't make the kind of dime needed for one of those.

Matze was already complaining about the costs of doing business when he had to scale up the servers on AWS to accommodate all his new users. And that was before the fall. And he clearly wasn't paying for any security or decent release engineers.

The cloud services are no longer an option, and nobody builds their own server farms anymore, although, absolutely, I'd pay money to be a fly on the wall in any building where they try. Watching his software and hardware people try to develop their own server farms would probably look a lot like a cadre of Trump lawyers trying to figure out a trove of election statutes.
