This "rule" will not prevent those with an established residence or voter registration from voting.

It DOES apply, as I read it, to newly registering voters. But...

... are Fulton County Election board officials and other boards in Black majority counties going to be challenge anything, even if Andrew Yang decides to move here to vote?

They also need to challenge on an individual basis.

An already exhausted bunch of election officials in Fulton, Decatur counties, etc., are not going to do that. That's incredibly resource intensive.

The Black voter movement is alive and well in Georgia. Stacy Abrams is amazing.

I was walking on the Beltline the other day and was accosted by two different groups of young people trying to get people to register. Both of them with Warnock signs at their table. A mixed group of kids. It was awesome.
