This may sound like a sarcastic response. It most is definitely not.

I'm sorry to say, but women are superior to men in every way I can think of except, maybe, fighting (unless you're watching TV or movies or are into women in mixed martial arts or something).

When I say this to a woman who I feel confident enough to say it to, the occasional retort is, "Well, they're catty!" because sometimes women are mean to each other. Of course, I have never experienced this, so that's all hearsay. Don't shoot the messenger!

If only that was the biggest problem with guys. Wouldn't it be awesome if we could say that men are sometimes catty, but not all the other stuff? You know, no more punching someone in the face when they annoy us, or, rape, or armed robbery, or domestic abuse? Just the occasional cattiness. How cool would that be?

I remember having a discussion with a like-minded male friend on this claim of mine 20 or so years ago. He said the reason that women are the better of the two is that, fundamentally, women have no violence in their souls.

I think that is basically true. It sort of goes to the lie of women being the emotional ones. Men are the emotional ones. We get pissed, and we'll fight about it if we have to. We yell a lot. If that's not being emotional, what is? I've never been a yeller myself. But I've sure been around a lot of men who are. They seem very emotional.

And the thing is, you can't really say to a guy, "You're getting emotional about this," because there is a 50/50 chance he'll take a swing at you.
