These people are funny. If Jesus had been with us during WW2, he would have been preaching in the Warsaw ghetto. If he was in the Russian sphere, he'd be in Crimea or hanging out near the Siberian prisoners.

And if among us, he'd be surrounding himself with a coterie of people so diverse in looks, origin, and gender identity that it would make our heads spin.

He didn't hang out with the Romans. He hung out with an oppressed people, and gravitated towards those who were suffering.

One other thing he did: He took in sinners. So on that front, I guess maybe Trump's got something on all of us, because nobody sins more bigly than him.
