The very least he could do in the face of the Manchin-led Senate is prosecute Trump.

Even if the justice department is trying to gather evidence, that shouldn't stop an arrest from being made. It doesn't stop prosecutors across the country from throwing people in jail while they build their case.

The presiding judge should also mandate that Trump can only use his personal funds for bail.

I doubt he has any of his own.
