The constitution is definitely antiquated, but careful what you wish for.
Tea Partiers have been trying for years to set up a constitutional convention so that such things as a balanced budget, etc. would be codified.
You can bet they'd try to codify their endless assaults on women's bodies, too.
It's a good idea that could quickly become a nightmare of Trumpish proportions.
