The biggest problem is that 40% of the nation is locked in to the madness presented by Fox News. That propaganda arm establishes an automatic baseline of a 40% disapproval rate no matter what Biden does. He could hand everyone $100,000 tomorrow and Fox would turn it inside out.

It's an impossible situation until Fox gets shut down. I don't know how to do that constitutionally, but something needs to happen.
