That's the essence of A Course in Miracles, which gets a bad rap from fundamentalists who misunderstand it, mostly because they haven't read it, but have instead read assessments of it by others.

The only thing the book talks about, really, is clearing the soul of the ego. Everything in the book is about how to get there.
