Thanks! Yep, staying true really is the answer. The last gig I had lasted two years. It was a small tech startup, too, but I was clear when I took on the first project that I'm an older beast. The difference was, the guy who ran the company, although young, loved that fact. Just gotta find the right people. Easier said than done!
