Thanks! Just pushed it out onto Amazon. Naturally, I've found a couple small issues after pushing out, but luckily Amazon lets you update manuscripts. I'm working on the trade paperback and hardcover versions today, and hope to have those done by the end of the day, but that's a production thing (InDesign and Photoshop).
That part was a pain because I had to convert all the italics into proper italicized font (in Word I just hit Command/I but I wanted the font to be Caslon Italics). Luckily, Word has a "find by character type" so it was mostly just a bit of tedium. More info than you asked, lol!
