It is also probably a path to untold riches, if the prosecutor is so inclined. That is also the America you speak of.

And keep in mind, this is not a Fed job. This is a bunch of men and women in New York State who probably dislike the guy even more than most, who will be invoking New York law, not federal, to do so. Not even the GOP-stacked Supreme Court will be able to keep him out of jail if they prevail.
