Thanks for reading and commenting. I would argue that saying he didn't physically handle the classified documents has no bearing on whether or not he had them. If I was president, I'd have someone else take them out, not me. In fact, I'd have people doing everything for me. But even if he didn't personally order people to carry stuff out (if he didn't, then why did they?), it shows what a sloppy president he was. There's lots of other evidence for that.

As for the speech, he sent mixed messages. He does that on purpose. It's probably one reason he's avoided prosecution until recently.
