Thanks, Dave. I agree in general with your displeasure about the political system, but this is an article about practical solutions that we need to consider.

No matter what the political system is, people tend to favor the status quo instead of talking about practical solutions to problems.

So no matter what the political system is, the inherent problems remain and need to be addressed. I'm not sayin that this is the greatest solution. I am saying that we need brainstorm.
