Unfortunately, your story is a common one among many nations. Shortly after the 9/11 attacks in New York, Gore Vidal wrote a non-fiction book called Perpetual War for Perpetual Peace: How We Got to Be So Hated.

Americans like to believe their country is doing the world favors, and is looking out for peace. Of course, the opposite is true.

We are doing it again in Gaza. I realize that's a complicated situation, but by taking sides, we are guaranteeing the slaughter of thousands of innocent people in the Gaza.

As for Trump, U.S. citizens may indeed deserve Trump, but the rest of the world doesn't.
