Please be careful. Some of the sources for harassment are actually pretty sophisticated trolling operations and a VPN won't necessarily stop them from tracing you.

Because of your sharp tongue (which is a great thing, so I am not trying to discourage that!), be sure to be extra vigilant with emails that seem to come from trusted sources so that your machine doesn't get hacked.

Even if they can't trace you, they may retaliate by sending you a sophisticated email from a "trusted" source and try to hit you with ransomware.

I'd love to see a white hat hacker group collect these kinds of harassment emails and start digging into who sends them. Some are creepy fools, and some come from more sophisticated groups who are in the business of this sort of thing.
