One of the streaming services ran a show about how some kind of alien species or some such was entering people's brains and controlling them. It wasn't a very good show, but it reminds me of what is going on here.

It is almost as if there is a mass hysteria fueled by an alien presence - that's how bizarre and off course all these people are.

It's like a mass mental illness.

If you fall asleep in a room full of them, you may be next.

This isn't a dystopia. It's a bad science fiction movie, and I hope that the ultimate cure isn't a Malthusian event -- or in other words, a disaster flick. We already have the pandemic flick going on, but these insane science deniers, people who honestly have probably never read one full book in their lives, are acting in a movie that is destroying lives.

There are real people getting killed because of these jerks. They’re the same people spreading the “rigged election” nonsense.

I sometimes lose my grace and wish these "freedom fighters" would stop wearing seatbelts - another thing that some people at one time resisted, and drive very recklessly along the cliffs near Big Sur.
