One of the neat things about it was how relaxed, confident, and in the case of the woman who made the gouge comment, funny they were in a ridiculous situation. True, a couple of them seemed a little mad, but overall, I thought they gave the situation the amount of respect it deserved. Zero. Thanks for sharing that.
