Oh em gee! Bread, too! It's impossible to find bread without sugar in it. It's crazy. I think Dave's Killer Bread has some that doesn't have sugar.

And there's that frozen stuff you can buy. I'm not near a really good health food store, so that makes it harder, but Whole Foods should sell more sugar free bread than it does.

I understand the overweight thing. I've gotten into some bad habits over the last couple years that I'm working on. I know HOW to eat better, but sometimes my body says, "mmm, pasta and pizza!"
