My favorite Christmas present was when I was ten or so and my sister gave me a tub of tootsie rolls…

…We go to one of their houses. Gifts are ordered online and arrive weeks early in plain brown boxes. Nobody needs or even wants anything because if they did, they’d already have it. There is no mystery left.
