Minors aren't eligible for the death penalty in Georgia, but still, it's ridiculous. The kid needs help, not prison. I don't know the kid. Maybe he's too far gone. Maybe if he went to some psychiatric institution, he'd be like the serial killer in Halloween. I don't know. But 14 year olds shouldn't be held to the same standards as adults.
