I agree with that sentiment completely. Biden never would have won in normal circumstances. He was sort of an appeal to normalcy, which he has given us. We don't wake up every morning to rage tweets and hate.

Unfortunately, politics attracts the worst of the worst. The bench of people you'd get excited about seeing in office isn't exactly deep.
