Manchin isn't up for re-election until 2025 I think, so all the Manchin bashing (which I understand to some extent but for the fact it looks outside the realm of reality) is moot. He's with us to stay for quite some time.

But you're right, the guy who lost to Manchin, and just barely - was a pretty grim fellow. Given the choice between him and Manchin, it is an easy choice.

This W Virginia seat is a good one not to have to even think about for awhile.
