I'm not opposed to UBI although it might sound like I am - BUT... UBI also holds the possibility of yet another way for the rich to control you.

I'd rather see a genuine redistribution of wealth. Today, a non fungible token went for $63 million on Christie's auction house.

Anybody who spends $63 million on a damn NFT doesn't need that $63 million.

It's not their fault. It's ours for creating a society that is so top heavy on wealth.
