I don't know what the solution is. CNN used to be fairly objective, but now they are, well, not.

I was in journalism school in the 1970s and my favorite professor warned us about what he called editorializing in news stories. Editorializing is now a core part of journalism. On both ends of the spectrum.

I'm pretty far to the left politically, but I don't want my news sources to be except on their editorial pages. But it almost seems that they need to be to counter the right wing propaganda machine.
