I'd disagree that Biden has been a disaster. His administration has only been around for a year. Let's see how it goes.
I'll give two very small points where I already see a vast improvement over even Obama's years.
One: The Covid tests. The media focused on web site glitches, but overall, the launch was quite successful, and the strategy for implementing it was brilliant: Use the existing Post Office web infrastructure. I'm a software developer, and I saw firsthand how awful the ACA roll out was from a technical standpoint. They didn't even cache images on the server. It was frighteningly bad. Using the existing Post Office web infrastructure was so smart that nobody even noticed how smart it was.
The other thing is very minor, but it's a reflection on how things are getting better: Weather warnings on weather apps, which are generally issued by regional federal field offices. They got really bad during the Trump years. Now, the detail is much better and they are written better. Seems like a small thing, but it's a sign that administrative things are getting handled better.
Don't give up on Biden just yet. First years are often rocky.
As for Hillary. Good Lord, no.
Even if she was somehow the right candidate, her name has been dragged through the mud so much for the last 25 years or so that it's hard to understand why Democrats ran her in the first place.
I think it's high time for a female president. I'm keeping my eye on Amy Klobuchar. She's leading the charge on anti-trust issues. Trying to actually get things done. I think you've written favorably in the past. A little more centrist than me, but who cares?
EDIT: I missed your Amy Klobuchar comment in the story somehow! :-)
