I started doing some yoga a couple years ago and it's been a slow roll but I'm improving. I'd call most of my "yoga" body weight exercise. I've only recently incorporated real yoga into that. At 66 now, I need to pick up the pace a bit. I work out at least 5 times a week but I need to improve my technique. I do some weight lifting, too.

I like the emphasis on routine in your article. I have been finding myself, thanks to the yoga, using my core more to do routine things as simple as getting in and out of the shower.
