I pretty much had a nervous breakdown 3/4 of the way through the Trump presidency. That's how bad it all got to me. It didn't even seem real to me. From the first day after the election it seemed like a surreal nightmare. I pulled back from working so much and focused much more on writing.

I still do some work in my old liine of work, but on my terms now. I guess you could say I started the Great Resignation, lol.

Do things you love, folks, and if you can't, work toward the point where you can. I know it's easier said than done, but remember most readers of Umair's stuff are of the same spirit. We have each other, no matter what the crazies try to do.
