I posted something on BlueSky yesterday related to this on a thread where someone said her husband said that when he wears a mask it seems like some people are acting like he's wearing a mask AT them.

I said in repsonse, "Good thing we've already got that seat belt thing locked up."

Imagine getting seat belt laws passed in this environment.
