I only vaguely remember the episode. I'm pretty sure I saw them all as a kid, but that was about 200 years ago. I wanted to highlight every stanza, but decided to restrain myself.

I don't remember the episode enough to remember if his wife was just a terrible person, or if the broken glasses were karma for his neglecting her.

Also, they make glasses a lot better these days. They better, for $300!
