I only use the mobile app for the mobile experience. Maybe the reason for that stems from a long time ago when I had a bad experience on mobile. If so, I don't remember it. But that could be why I picked up the app. A lot of teams have struggled with trying to build a responsive desktop/mobile experience. I'll say that the mobile app is pretty satisfying. I especially like the tabbing within the app.

As someone who has done a lot of front end work, kudos on the web experience. Give your QA team a pat on the back, because it never is glitchy, and always loads very quickly for me, which is so important for a web app like this.
