I had a neighbor not so long ago who always had little projects in his driveway. Sometimes a car, he was an auto body guy, but he also did these things for Etsy. There are people like that all over the country. WPA even funded writers! God knows I could use the help lol.

The other thing about it is things like the TVA, funded by the New Deal, are still going strong. I’d like to see how Tennessee would fare without it. But no, they are the reddest of red. It is baffling, but I think the messaging on our end is completely messed up.
