I guess I should give Winter Soldier another try. I couldn't get past the first 15 minutes, largely because of MCU burnout, I think.

I'm almost in Rage Against the Machine mode toward Hollywood's refusal to open up to new ideas as it just keeps churning out the same storylines through multi-franchising.

And then, they announce that even they are tired of the same old tropes, and they reboot the storyline.

That worked for me with JJ Abrams' Star Trek and even some of the MCU stuff, but it's still telling.
