I finally had enough a few years ago and avoid social media (which doesn't help my writing biz much so I'm reevaluating a bit)

For now, my social media is pretty much Jay Kuo's Xeets and Giggles, a digest of funny memes mostly poking fun at right wingers that shows up in my inbox every Saturday.
