I don't have a link but I saw a story a day or so ago that mentioned that the models were wrong on climate change - that it is accelerating faster than they had predicted a decade or so ago. But I do agree with you. Heck, even some weird, unexpected minor (in an astronomical sense) change in the sun's atmosphere could reverse climate change and send us into an ice age. I think the models are still useful though. They give us a chance to think about it all.
