I don't at all understand the lesser of two evils argument.
The Supreme Court has gutted women's rights and is about to endorse political assassination by a president. They've consistently looked the other way, at best, when folks trample on LGBTQ+ rights.
They gutted the Voting Rights Act for Blacks.
They killed Roe.
The list goes on.
The lesser of two evils, Hillary in the first case, and Biden now, have been the only things standing in the way of all this.
If Biden was not in office, and Trump had won, instead of Ketanji Brown Jackson as a justice, you'd have yet another racist, anti-woman justice in her place, and the the Supreme Court would be truly lost.
The presidency has always been populated by centrists. The reason is that most Americans are more centrist than me or Bernie (who I also voted for).
Sorry, you'll always be stuck with a centrist - the lesser of two evils. It's been a fact of life forever.
Everyone has a right to vote or not vote how they want, but they lose the privilege of complaining about civil rights if they allow Trump in for another term.
