I define racism the same way as Websters does:

"Prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized."

The key phrase is at the end. So, it is impossible for whites in America to encounter racism. They can encounter prejudice, just as any human can, but that's a different animal.

Because I'm white, I have inherent advantages that my black brothers do not have. The goal is really simple, and that is, to change that.
