I assume Jan was just using sarcasm to point to a much bigger crime: hypocrisy, and that her tweet was probably directed at the Christo-Nationalist voters who support their falling hero no matter what he does.

The 34 count indictment was in regard to financial and election laws in New York state. The adultery stuff is just sugary icing that we can take delight in because it yells HYPOCRISY in the all caps the orange puffaloe is so fond of.
