I always want to Perlmutter these poems (To Perlmutter means to highlight every line in a Medium story) but as a reader, I find that jarring, lol.

Trivia may not known by some: The italicized lines are also in Ecclesiastes 3, except in Ecclesiastes the phrasing is reversed:

a time to weep, and a time to laugh;

I dunno why those Crazy Byrds changed the order. :-)
