Hyde Park, Chicago! When I was growing up in the Chicago area, it was a known center of white nationalism. Not just conservatives, which I'll argue can be a different thing sometimes. I bet it hasn't changed much, but I don't know for sure.

Chicago is very segregated, and there are other areas like Hyde Park.
