How about instead of creating a society where trolls can feed, then scouring the internet for bad speech, we build a society that values mass, public, and GOOD education?

Half of the trolls out there are foreign players, anyway, sowing discord. The ones who follow them in this country just need to learn how to open a book or two, and read.

A law like this is just another step toward tyranny, and that is not hyperbole.
