He's underestimating two things:

1) The significance of his arrest.

2) The judge in the election case.

Re: number 2, she can, if he doesn't can the heat, lock him up right now while he awaits trial. He probably thinks she won't do that. HIs hack lawyers don't seem to care either way.

She's very no-nonsense. She will find him in contempt of court if he keeps it up.

So I kind of hope he does.
