Hell no. It's conjecture, not a prediction. A feeling. Maybe nothing more than delusional hope, but I do think there is a difference here given that you've got a lot of hungry prosecutors in NY who'd love to make their careers by throwing the gauntlet down on Trump.

So yeah, I'm a little hopeful. But I sure wouldn't place bets on it.
