Having just one legitimate political party is no way to run things. Especially when the leader of the illegitimate party is polling at 40% in early presidential election polls (a dead heat with Biden).

As you say, we get the politics we deserve. A lot of people rightly say, "But I don't deserve it. I didn't vote for Trump or these other craven monsters."

That may be true. But we all have to ask what we're doing to help or hurt the one political party regain the House and eliminate the far right threat once and for all.

If you want the Dems to be more to the left than they are, stop complaining and vote in the primaries for people more on the left. Vote in city elections and state legislature elections. I can't tell you how many times I've had progressives complain to me about the DNC, and when I ask them if they voted in a local election, they say things like, "It wouldn't do any good."

We get what we deserve.
