Excellent point. That is why Biden won. It doesn't help that there is a severe lack of progressive politicians who look can step up into national leadership posts.

The reason for that is that people simply won't vote in local, smaller elections. They think it's a waste of time, and because of that, the bench of good progressives is extremely thin.

Maybe you should run for Congress. Even if you live in a Republican district, if you speak to the economics of people's pain, you'd have a chance.

Republicans are doing well because they speak to economic suffering. They do it by blaming and dividing. Democrats need people in the House and in state houses/senates who provide progressive solutions, which most people actually favor.
