Even if you accept Abbott's ridiculous statement about wind turbines (the facts are that frozen natural gas lines were a MUCH bigger cause), one could simply ask Abbott:

Wait, didn't your freewheeling, anything goes unregulated energy market produce these wind turbines? Couldn't you, as governor, have stopped them? Save the birds!! :-)
